Private Events
In a two-hour session, we introduce your group to the making of functional objects out of clay using the potter’s wheel or traditional handbuilding techniques. We supply materials, tools, basic instruction and hands-on assistance. There is an instructor for every five or six participants.
What it costs…
The fee for a private event in our upstairs studio is $75 per person for a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 10. The cost covers use of space, equipment, materials and hands-on instruction. (Up to 15 people can be accommodated in our first floor studio, but availability is limited.)
Payment of 50% of the amount due must be made when reserving a date. The balance, as well as a roster of participants, is due at least three days prior to event.
If the event is canceled up to 10 days before the reserved date, the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 cancelation fee. A cancelation less than 10 days before the event will result in the deposit being forfeited.
